Sampaio Corrêa Futebol e Esporte or SCFE is a sports association from the district of Sampaio Correa, in the city of Saquarema, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, founded on February 20, 2006.
The Ciro Carvalho Sports Complex, featuring five fields in addition to the official stadium, designed for a thousand people, is currently under construction. The training center will be nicknamed Ninho do Galo (Rooster's Nest), and the stadium, Lourival Gomes de Almeida Stadium, will be known as Lourivalzão (Big Lourival).
The club's mascot is the Galinho da Serra, a native bird of the Lakes Region, predominantly found in the mountains surrounding the sports complex. Sampaio Corrêa's colors are blue, white, and yellow.
